BLU is the hotel’s main restaurant and operates throughout the day. It offers a sumptuous buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is situated beside the lagoon-style So Nice pool, where the all-white aesthetic is accented by the shimmering blue of the water. Primarily a themed restaurant with live entertainment during the evenings in high season, BLU serves as the central hub of the hotel during mealtimes.
